$50k-$120k compensation based on experience
Responsibilities
Assist Superintendent with daily on-site operations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
Help ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Inspect work to ensure it mets company standards and project specifications.
Work with project managers on all aspects of the construction project, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial or multifamily construction required
2 years experience assisting with site supervision or qualify control preferred
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
