Job Family Operations - General Job Description Summary This develops and implements strategies to assist in recovering outstanding debts, improve collection rates, and minimize financial risk across World Financial Group’s active and terminated agent force. Responsibilities Develop and implement leading debt mitigation and collection strategies across the US and Canada. Establish and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management and governance committees. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and governmental requirements. Engage legal resources regarding litigation and with carriers on notification of abandoned debt. Continuously improve collection processes and increase recovery rates. Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Due Diligence, Supervision, Commissions Operations, Carriers, Field Leaders and Finance teams. Evaluate and approve requests for debt management (long-term debt roll, fee forgiveness, etc.) and lending. Provide insights and reporting on trends and patterns within overall debt. Drive Heritage Program liquidation tied to buy/sell, transition, beneficiary and firm buy-out events. Deliver regular reporting on collection performance and key metrics to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience. 10 years of experience in debt collections, financial risk management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulatory environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field. Working Conditions Hybrid office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office) Compensation The salary for this position generally ranges between $108,000 - $130,000 annually.
