Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for B2B companies. We use a proprietary Customer Generation methodology that focuses on SQLs and customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer paid media, SEO/content, CRO, and video services, crafting comprehensive digital marketing strategies that help clients meet their SQL targets every time.

About The Role We are offering a competitive demand generation role where you will work directly with up to seven accounts, driving performance marketing for each. This role requires a deep, T‑shaped skill set across paid media, SEO, and CRO in the SaaS marketplace, as well as strong client interfacing, strategy pitching, and results ownership.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own the success of SMB clients across channels.
Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy.
Project manage and organize your accounts.
Build relationships with key points of contact.
Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.
Bring a strong SaaS background.
Execute with impact in a focused role.
Infuse creative spark for marketing and a deep passion for delivering results.
What You Offer
2+ years of experience in agency‑side marketing.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing.

What We Offer We have a set living wage. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000‑$85,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility.
