Job Description Sales BDC Lease Specialist – Jeep Dodge Chrysler of West Islip
Step into a pivotal role within our Sales Department as a Lease Retention Specialist, where every customer interaction drives loyalty and results. You’ll serve as a confident, professional point of contact—guiding clients through their lease renewal and sales experience with precision, warmth, and integrity. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for sales guests—responding promptly to inquiries and scheduling appointments that keep operations running efficiently.
Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming sales needs or missed appointments—ensuring consistent engagement and timely follow-through.
Make outbound phone calls to connect with customers—confirming appointments, discussing sales opportunities, and reinforcing our commitment to personalized care.
Maintain accurate, detailed records in the CRM system to support clear communication and track customer interactions effectively.
Partner with sales advisors, teammates, and management to foster strong collaboration and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to team development by participating in improvement sessions—sharing insights, refining workflows, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
Reliable, self-driven, and eager to contribute with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a customer-first approach that builds trust and rapport.

Minimum one year of experience in customer service or phone-based support, with proven ability to navigate real-world conversations effectively.

Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement—viewing every challenge as a chance to grow.
Experience with Reynolds or Dealer Socket systems are a plus.
Technically confident and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
