What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and expand an assigned territory and group of accounts
Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets
Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with assigned accounts
Write project specifications and tailor proposals to meet customer needs
Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC controls or Commercial HVAC
Valid driver's license
Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with customers and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, business, accounting, or related field
Experience in HVAC controls or Commercial HVAC sales
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
