Description We are seeking a dynamic Provider Relations Specialist to join our growing anesthesia physician practice management company based in Addison, TX. This role is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare providers while supporting our expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist the recruiting team by providing support at events and other gatherings. This role may also provide support to new hire clinicians during the onboarding process.
Relationship Management: Serve as primary liaison between the company and healthcare providers, maintaining personal connections through thoughtful gestures such as birthday and anniversary gifts, ensuring providers have necessary resources and support.
Issue Resolution: Address provider concerns, assist in resolving conflicts, and facilitate solutions to operational challenges.
Provider Engagement & Recognition: Coordinate special occasions recognition, manage provider appreciation programs, and ensure clinicians receive timely allocation of resources and equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in healthcare provider relations, practice management, or similar role.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
