PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB Administers the appraisal review function. Primary duties include reviewing appraisal reports and recommending additions and deletions to the approved appraiser database.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS

Perform or review in‑house evaluations.

Train other employees in appraisal analysis.

Resolve appraisal errors/deficiencies.

Maintain capitalization rate and market sales database.

Manage approved appraiser list.

Approve temporary appraiser requests.

QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.

Expertise in oral and written communication.

Expertise in analysis and decision support.

Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and manage deadlines.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.

Five years’ experience in appraisal review, commercial real estate, and finance preferred. Experience may replace formal education requirement.
