Responsibilities
Support new asset‑based deal opportunities with an analysis of capital structure, borrowing base, credit profile, market comparables and industry research.
Develop targeted prospecting lists and join Senior Transactors in client and prospect meetings to develop and sustain enduring relationships.
Assist in the creation of pitch materials; screen opportunities; propose appropriate structures; work alongside Underwriting to green‑light transactions; draft and negotiate term sheets with clients (interfacing with legal counsel); work with underwriting partners to help shepherd internal approvals; negotiate legal documentation and manage an efficient closing process.
Interface with banker coverage and other partners to coordinate the execution of transactions and effectively meet deal timelines.
Exhibit business and credit judgment and provide balanced assessments when working with internal team members and partners.
Maintain a strong attention to detail and complete work within assigned timeframes.
Requirements
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Asset Based Finance.
Bachelor’s degree.
Skills
Strong financial, analytic and credit skills.
Experience working with complex capital structures.
Team player, able to facilitate strong partnerships.
Excellent written and presentation skills.

Salary Range:
$109,120 – $163,680 per year
