We offer an EXCELLENT compensation package for this position, including hourly base pay and very attractive bonus opportunities.

The daily mission is to assess the client’s needs, establish true rapport, and provide a solution to OVERCOME the current challenges they face.
Our First Impressions Representatives are critical to the continued growth of the company. We are not just another Home Improvement Contractor; we desire to work with individuals who have a passion for exceeding clients’ expectations. Our proven process, pricing structure, and in-depth product knowledge training set all our TEAM members up for success.
Responsibilities
Assess clients’ needs and establish true rapport.
Provide solutions to overcome clients’ current challenges.
Represent the company in a professional, energetic, and courteous manner.
Support the events team and contribute to a high-performing sales process.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, top-performing, and money-driven attitude.
Ability to work on-site and on the road as needed.
Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
Job Details
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
