What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Administer sales variable payments including commissions, draws, MBOs, and SPIFFs for commissionable employees
Ensure compliance with commission plan policies and manage exception requests
Maintain and distribute sales compensation plan documents to employees on incentive plans
Address inquiries, adjustments, and corrections related to commissions in a timely manner
Provide insights on business drivers for commission result variances and document processes for monthly/quarterly close
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in a Sales Compensation role, preferably in a high‑growth technology company
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Advanced skills in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with automated sales commission systems (e.g., Xactly, SAP, Anaplan)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a company with 500+ employees on a commission
Demonstrated success in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
High degree of motivation, responsibility, and flexibility
