Overview
TEKsystems is partnering with a growing company in Sioux Falls to hire an Underwriter. This person will ensure that files are reviewed, approved and funded.
Responsibilities
Identifying risk: Reviewing financial documents and business profiles to assess the risk of lending.
Prepping files: Gathering and organizing all necessary documentation for funding decisions.
Funding deals: Making final decisions on whether a business qualifies for funding and under what terms.
Ensuring compliance: Making sure all deals meet internal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Prior Underwriting experience
Strong attention to detail
General understanding of underwriting, financial and risk experience
Task oriented – ability to evaluate and approve funding applications
Will have leadership requirements – Mentor junior staff
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54,080.00 – $56,160.00 /yr.
