Job Description The Senior Analyst, Crew Systems supports the execution of Raising Cane’s Crew Systems. This role assists in system enhancements, maintains data accuracy, and collaborates across departments to optimize system usage and Crew experiences.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
Identify inefficiencies in processes, recommend enhancements, and present proposals to leadership
Support end-to-end system projects, including planning, testing, launch, and post-launch support
Create test scripts, document test scenarios, and perform testing activities for semi-annual upgrades and new functionality launches
Support cyclical processes, including open enrollment, performance management, and merit planning
Create or modify functional reports and analyze data to support leadership decision-making
Provide advanced support for complex HRIS issues and data requests
Perform data audits to maintain integrity and accuracy
Build and sustain strong working relationships with functional leaders, field teams, and Restaurants
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR or Operations
1+ years of Workday system experience
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Broad knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
