About the role We are looking for a highly motivated Parts Counter Attendant at Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc.—the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer parts phone calls.
Assist customers with their parts needs.
Issue parts to shop mechanics.
Place orders for Caterpillar and allied parts.
Utilize parts database; research back‑orders.
Research customer credit status.
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with the product line.
Customer service skills.
Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
Ability to learn new systems.
Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
