Regional Property Manager
with a can‑do attitude to join our expanding team supporting assets in South, FL.

What we offer : The Regional Manager will receive a competitive base salary, eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus (paid quarterly if goals are met or exceeded), monthly personal cell phone allowance, an excellent array of employee benefits programs, and growth opportunities. Key Qualifications
Candidates with extensive experience managing multiple luxury communities in the multi‑family housing industry are preferred
Familiarity or extensive experience with Yardi property management software
Experience managing existing properties, new lease‑up's and potential future growth/construction
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university
Regional Manager will be required to work in the field, onsite at property 4‑days per week, with one administrative day working from home; periodic visits to the Tampa Support Center may also be required for meetings, training, and more.
Responsibilities
Oversees property operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Ensures a safe work environment and provides support to Property Managers and Supervisors.
Communicates regularly with the Corporate Office and R.V.P.
Maximizes gross rent and minimizes vacancy and delinquent rent loss.
Controls expenditures and approves purchases.
Conducts market and product analysis.
Suggests competitive prices and assists in developing strategic marketing plans.
Directly supervises all Property Managers in the assigned region.
Conducts supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and laws.
Requirements Education
4‑year bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. The degree is verified during the background process.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years property management experience required; minimum 3+ years of Yardi software experience.
Prior experience with luxury or Class A properties within a multi‑family environment.
Multi‑site property management and luxury lease‑up experience are strongly preferred.
Skills & Certifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi)
Detail‑oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and EEO Laws
Ability to self‑manage and prioritize
Strong skills in hiring, staff development, budgeting, marketing planning, and operations management
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
Valid driver’s license required for the position
