As the
Waterfront Director , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Supervise, set up, and run all waterfront activities
Make lifeguard assignments on beach, at boating and on docks
Conduct lifeguard skill drills during training
Develop and operate a waterfront team
Waterfront Director
Minimum Salary: $325.00 per week
Waterfront Director
Maximum Salary: $375.00 per week
Must be able to live on site for the entire camp season (June-August)
*Seasonal Position
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and some college
CPR Certified
Lifeguard Certification
Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred
Experience supervising staff or leading a team
Desire and ability to work with children
