Sales Associate

supports our Account Manager’s efforts as they take ownership of fulfillment so the Account Executive can focus on client‑facing activities.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Managers on post-sales activity including order entry and the day-to-day responsibilities of accounts to ensure proper implementation of their solutions (broadcast and digital).

Assist Programming staff with daily administration of managing logs and station programming.

Process client posts, supply pre/post log times, send invoice copies, and assist with a wide array of duties as needed.

Work in a team environment to achieve individual and team goals and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.

Coordinate with team to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry, and revisions.

Plan, organize and prioritize workflow to meet team goals and deadlines.

Use WideOrbit Traffic to prepare reports and provide back‑up as needed for Account Managers.

Provide support and work closely with sales staff, local, national and digital.

Perform the duties of other team members as needed.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in a fast‑paced office environment and a high school diploma (or GED equivalent).

Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Self‑motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes.

Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and adapt to evolving priorities.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, advertising solutions and WideOrbit Traffic is highly desirable.

Understanding of the Microsoft suite of products is required.

Pay Range $24—$26 USD
