Account Manager – Greater Houston Area
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $65,000 – $111,760

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs and inquiries.
Develop business for repair and service sales through networking, bids, and tenders.
Create and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and ensure profitability.
Use Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results.
Conduct negotiations and close deals, ensuring timely payment.
Collaborate with team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
Qualifications
Business or technical degree, or completed training as a technician or business administrator.
Elevator industry experience preferred.
Initial experience selling technical products requiring consultation.
Strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
High level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results.
Target focused, able to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate organization.
