We are currently seeking a Field Sales Coordinator to join our team for the South Texas area.

The Field Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving profitable growth and expanding account presence within an assigned territory (South Texas).

This role achieves results by selling company products and services through direct customer engagement, securing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule sales activities to identify targets and meet contact goals

Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity

Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts

Review customer service reports and address client concerns

Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients

Communicate product knowledge, service updates, developments and feedback to management and customers

Develop and maintain sales materials

Manage accounts, documentation, and required paperwork in the company database

Obtain and submit customer feedback surveys to Quality Assurance

Maintain daily operations with operator representative, including equipment ordering, logistics, and tracking

Work with production management to support execution of closed sales

Participate in sales and marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and conferences

Travel is required to current and potential clients within assigned territory

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to educate, persuade and influence others

Ability to develop and deliver presentations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques

Requires a consistent, diplomatic and responsive approach in a high stress situation

Valid Driver’s License

Competency in computer operations (i.e. Microsoft Office products)

High School diploma, or equivalent, plus 5 years related sales experience with downhole drilling equipment

Minimum 5 years’ experience with sales of manufactured equipment preferable

Previous Oil and gas downhole drilling equipment experience and knowledge
