The Role We are looking for a high-performing, detail-driven Account Manager to join our Richmond team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in print production and proven success in client-facing sales roles within the print industry.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with corporate clients and managing high-value print projects from start to finish. You will consult directly with clients, offering custom print solutions across digital, offset, large format, and specialty techniques including letterpress, embossing, and foil.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, deep knowledge of premium papers and specialty finishes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You will work closely with internal teams including prepress, production, development, and customer service to ensure every project meets our high standards.

Success in this role is measured through clear KPIs tied to response times, relationship growth, and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned corporate and high-value accounts

Respond promptly to daily inquiries and provide accurate print specifications and quotations

Own and clear your Intercom queue by offering fast, helpful communication that meets customer expectations

Consult with clients to develop tailored print solutions based on their needs and timelines

Process orders and quotations for custom projects

Meet with local clients in person at our Richmond headquarters

Represent Jukebox at print industry events and professional networking functions

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of each project

Oversee timelines, specifications, and client communications from start to delivery

Use our custom-built CRM platform to manage accounts and ensure accurate project tracking and reporting

Strengthen and grow existing accounts through long-term relationship building

Help drive awareness of the Jukebox brand within the industry through event attendance and professional engagement

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the paper and print industry

Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience in an e-commerce or print environment

Strong understanding of print production including custom formats, premium stocks, and specialty finishes

Proven success managing large-volume, high-value client projects

Experienced in using CRM systems and online communication tools such as Intercom to manage client interactions and project workflows

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management, organization, and follow-through

Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting

Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge of paper stocks, coatings, and specialty printing techniques

Background in quoting, packaging development, or specialty print consulting
