What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and implement field sales action plans to meet regional sales objectives

Manage the performance of a team of Direct Sales Representatives and Clinical Markets

Conduct market research to recommend sales and marketing strategies for improvement

Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the market and provide timely reports

Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and vendor credentialing requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of progressive experience in a strategic selling environment

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related quantitative disciplines; advanced degree preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

Strong ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers

Proven skills in data analysis and making sound business judgments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry

Advanced degree in a relevant field

Strong background in sales management and team leadership

Familiarity with FDA medical device regulations and compliance

Experience in vendor credentialing processes
