Position Summary
– As Manager of Global Trade, you will manage export/import licensing and compliance activities within our Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit. You will collaborate with functional groups, champion compliant business practices, and lead the development of global trade compliance infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Provide export/import licensing guidance and license portfolio management.
Support the business with developing export/import licensing strategies to enable growth.
Act as SME in ITAR and EAR Export Authorizations requirements and drafting.
Review, prepare, submit, and manage various Export/Import Authorizations (DSP‑5, DSP‑85, DSP‑73, DSP‑61, DOC licenses; MLA and TAA agreements; exemptions/Exceptions).
Review and approve export transactional requests involving engineering support services, meetings, employee travel, visitor access, technical data/defense service exports, and hardware exports.
Provide day‑to‑day guidance and support to LADS personnel on export licensing and compliance needs.
Assist with investigations and reviews of possible GT escapes and disclosures.
Travel as required to support GT or program meetings.

Qualifications You Must Have
University degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
Experience drafting and submitting Department of State and/or Department of Commerce license and agreement applications.
Experience with DECCS, SNAP‑R, OCR EASE, and/or other automated licensing and compliance systems.
Qualifications We Prefer
Active & transferable DoD Secret Clearance.
Direct Empowered Official experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
Strong time‑management, prioritization, analytical, and organizational skills.
Problem‑solving ability in time‑sensitive circumstances.
Experience with Global Trade systems such as RGEMS and/or SAP systems.
