Inside Sales Representative – Canada
Hach, a Veralto company focused on water quality solutions, is hiring a remote Inside Sales Representative for the Canadian market. The role reports to the Senior Divisional Sales Manager and drives market penetration and accelerated sales growth within a defined geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities
Engage existing and new logo customers via phone to identify sales opportunities, qualify for pipeline, or assign territory development to meet annual quota.
Execute a consultative sales strategy using Hach’s internal solution‑selling methodology and extensive product training.
Respond to technical and application sales questions, provide quotes, technical advice, and guidance.
Populate and maintain high‑standard data integrity in Salesforce.
Collect and provide constructive feedback to management to improve the inside‑sales process.
Collaborate with other sellers to optimize prospecting processes and contribute to creative promotional programs.
Support cross‑functional teams (Distribution, Regional Sales, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure sales are optimized.
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree desirable but not required.
Minimum 2 years of B2B tele‑sales experience in a progressive sales role.
Proven ability to cross‑sell and upsell; demonstrated experience increasing revenue in existing accounts.
Knowledge of water plant/laboratory operations, water‑testing requirements, and applicable regulations is helpful.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
Bilingual (English‑French) preferred but not required.
