Retail Sales Associate – Chestnut Hill (Full Time)

Position Summary: This role will work 30 hours/week and starting pay is $18.15/hr+. The position is located at The Shops at Chestnut Hill.
Responsibilities
Share positive energy and create an atmosphere of possibility with customers, promoting our philosophy and values.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Use new technology and embrace all distribution avenues as tools to serve customers.
Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to EF visual standards.
Maintain a clean and well‑organized space through light cleaning tasks (vacuuming, dusting, floor sweeping, etc.).
Perform open and close‑out procedures as needed.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Retail experience or service industry background required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Dedication to creating excellent customer experience.
Open‑minded attitude toward experiencing our brand and product, stylishly wardrobe‑ing self and customers.
Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategy.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
Ability to climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time.
