We are on the hunt for dedicated sales professionals with a knack for building relationships and achieving goals, who are focused on the client experience, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity to join our new car sales team. As a New Car Sales Specialist, you will work with clients in person and over the phone to guide them through a seamless, stress‑free car buying experience.

Base Pay Range $60,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Core Responsibilities

Greet visitors, ask questions, and make knowledgeable product recommendations.

Use consultative sales approach to inform customers and perform demonstrations and test drives.

Suggest add‑ons and optional packages.

Work with customers and staff to overcome objections and secure deals.

Guide customers through sales and financing paperwork.

Deliver sold vehicles and assist with tech set‑up.

Follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction.

Handle phone and internet leads promptly; log in CRM.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

Proficient customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience in a related role.

Strong people skills: clear communication, active listening, rapport building.

Comfortable with computers and data entry.

Bilingual is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to complete pre‑employment screenings.

Hours and Work Environment Flexible schedule: days, evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays. Hours: Monday‑Friday 8 AM–9 PM, Saturdays 8 AM–8 PM; closed Sundays. Onsite role in showroom, occasional outdoor work.
