Sales Coordinator

to join our growing team in the dynamic world of

tradeshows and live events .

In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our client projects together—managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring that every detail aligns for a successful tradeshow experience. You’ll work directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams, making an immediate impact and gaining industry experience fast.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary support for client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination of tradeshow logistics and deliverables

Communicate regularly with clients to manage schedules, expectations, and project updates

Liaise with vendors, shipping partners, and internal departments to keep everything on track

Track budgets, timelines, and inventory for client exhibit assets

Assist with preparing show service forms, booth documentation, and post‑show reports

Provide outstanding service that keeps clients coming back year after year

What Makes You The Ideal Candidate

1–3 years of experience in client services, project coordination, or event/tradeshow support

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal

Strong multitasker who can thrive under deadlines and shifting priorities

Tech‑savvy and comfortable with project management tools, including Excel spreadsheets

Eager to learn the tradeshow industry and grow into a more strategic client‑facing role
