Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for developing, coaching, and inspiring our sales team to achieve outstanding results in a modern, consultative sales environment. This role blends leadership, technology proficiency, and client engagement to ensure every guest receives a personalized, world‑class experience that reflects the prestige of Mercedes‑Benz.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Consultants and Product Specialists.

Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across all sales operations.

Coach team members on digital retailing and CRM tools to enhance client engagement.

Conduct daily sales meetings, one‑on‑one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Sales Performance & Strategy – Develop and execute monthly and annual sales strategies.

Analyze performance data and implement process improvements using dealership software systems.

Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the General Manager.

Partner with marketing to develop events and campaigns.

Client Experience & Relationship Management – Ensure every client interaction reflects trust, transparency, and sophistication.

Oversee client satisfaction efforts, including timely resolution of issues.

Maintain visibility on the showroom floor and engage directly with guests.

Brand Standards & Compliance – Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory guidelines.

Cross‑Department Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, Service, and Parts teams.

Participate in dealership and community events.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, 2 years in a management role.

Experienced in luxury brand sales preferred.

Proven record of building, training, and developing high‑performing sales teams.

Strong background with CRM, DMS, and digital retailing software.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the Mercedes‑Benz image.
