POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated Membership Sales Manager to drive new membership sales at our clubs, empowering individuals to take that vital first step toward a healthy lifestyle. As a Membership Manager at Anytime Fitness, you will generate leads through community outreach and referrals, book appointments via outbound calls and texts, and enroll new members. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new members become fully integrated within our club community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction and supervision of the Club Director, your responsibilities will include:

Acquiring new members through direct 1‑1 sales pitches, outbound marketing, and community outreach

Overseeing the entire club membership base, including operational and financial responsibilities

Collaborating with all club personnel on various marketing, service, and sales promotions

Performing general office administrative duties

Ensuring smooth facility management

JOB REQUIREMENTS To excel in this role, you should have:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly pay ranging from $17 to $21, plus commission
