Help build the brand through positive customer experiences, social media engagement, fashion merchandising, and staying current with fashion trends. Assist with cash management, store opening/closing procedures, recruiting, interviewing and hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management, loss prevention, and managing associates and general store management responsibilities. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years fashion retail experience with at least 1 year fashion retail management experience. Experience in fashion buying, fashion merchandising, and fashion marketing is a plus. Ideal candidate will have experience in cash management; store opening/closing procedures; recruiting, interviewing and hiring; training, scheduling, inventory management; loss prevention; managing associates; and general store management responsibilities. Location: candidates should live in the Norman/Moore area or be willing to commute; must want to help build our brand through positive customer experiences, social media engagement, fashion merchandising, and staying current with trends.
