TRAINING MANAGER (M/W)

Job Responsabilities Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, the Training Manager is responsible for:
Adapt and animate TAG Heuer training programs across Italy, acting as a business partner with the Sales and Marketing teams
Alongside HQ Training team, develop and co‑build training and coaching programs using the appropriate tools (client experience, sales techniques, product & know‑how training, history and Maison DNA)
Build a Retail training path to support the direct distribution and guide the development of the sales associates
Set‑up a dedicated coaching program Boutique and POS
Support top management on training needs, linked to business priorities
Build with the Wholesale team a dedicated training strategy for distributors (animation and training for key partners), linked to business priorities to develop the sell‑out
Pilot Mystery Shopping waves in liaison with the sales teams: develop Retail excellence (sales ceremony, client experience, CRM activity, etc.) alongside the store managers
Follow‑up and reporting of the training activities (ROI, e‑learning tool) with an emphasis on continuous improvement
Profile Your profile:
You have a Bachelor’s degree and above with min. 5 years of experience (sales, boutique supervision, training)
You also have min. 3 years of retail specific training experience and ideally 2 years of project management experience (organized and details oriented)
You are fluent in Italian and English
You have a global vision & understanding of the retail network
You have a proven ability to adeptly prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects
You can work well with others as well as independently with minimal supervision
You have an expertise with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
You have outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills
You are able to travel 70% or your work time
You have a good sense of humor, charismatic, enthusiastic
