Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes, adhering to organizational policies and legal requirements. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** Familiarity with community resources and the ability to connect clients to appropriate services. Knowledge of evidence-based practices, legal requirements, and court procedures related to mental health and substance use treatment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation. Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain a high standard of service.
