Retail Sales Manager – DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS
Join us as a Retail Sales Manager at DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS, a leader in automotive tire and service aftermarket.
Compensation This role offers a base pay range of $40,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience and skills.

Position Overview We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage day‑to‑day sales operations in a fast‑paced automotive service environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess tire and automotive service needs.
Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories to meet store sales goals.
Manage accurate and efficient sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts.
Oversee shop workflow, balancing service sales with available staff, equipment, and time.
Track inventory levels and maintain organized point‑of‑sale displays.
Perform opening and closing duties, including safe handling of deposits and basic shop support tasks.
Lead by example to promote a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly showroom.
Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and operational priorities.
Apply automotive product knowledge to assist customers with tire selection and general vehicle maintenance recommendations.

Experience & Education
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
Automotive repair industry experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
