Position:
New Home Sales Professional
at
Minto Group Location: Westlake (Palm Beach County, FL) Schedule: Full Time, weekends required Pay: Salary plus commission Build your future at Minto! Responsibilities
Maintain valid Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
Apply strong sales, closing and follow-up skills; convert leads to in-person visits and sales.
Engage with customers, establish rapport, and present the features and benefits of the location, community, and builder; secure sales agreements from qualified customers.
Manage customers from initial contact through closing and beyond, maintaining Minto’s standards of customer excellence; exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain a professional, friendly sales office environment and support team efforts in the best interest of the company.
Coordinate with realtors and participate in on-site events; manage schedule flexibility including weekends.
Communicate professionally via phone, email and in person; provide proactive follow-up with purchasers and customers.
Maintain CRM notes, manage backlog, and monitor mortgage status, design appointments and current home status.
Convert telephone and internet leads into in-person traffic and sales; demonstrate knowledge of the construction process and sales center tours.
Understand HOA documents, contract forms, and guide purchasers through contract paperwork and option selections.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training, broker functions and company events; assist other New Home Sales Professionals as needed.
Complete other duties within the scope of the job, as requested by management.
Qualifications
Florida real estate sales license required.
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets in a competitive market.
3-5 years as a Sales Agent in new construction highly desired.
In-depth product knowledge of new home features, construction quality and builder reputation.
Strong customer relationship management skills; SalesForce CRM experience preferred.
Ability to analyze local market trends and advise clients on opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving aptitude; maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
