Community Impact Ambassador

This position requires a High School diploma and a highly motivated, independent individual that can also thrive in a team environment. Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience working with the community, building relationships or equivalent customer service experience

Networking and relationship‑building skills

Knowledge of Credit Union products and services and Microsoft Office, including Excel

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective time management and exhibits strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently while displaying initiative

Maintain a high level of professionalism

Dependable; punctual and regular attendance

Friendly, positive, energetic, responsible, outgoing

Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values

Job Summary

Represent Neches FCU in the community, ensuring visibility and awareness

Maintain relationships with local businesses and chambers

Educate and inform about our products and services available

Distribute Neches FCU promotional materials throughout the community

Assist with hosting on‑site member drives and seminars as needed

Assist with conducting financial literacy courses as needed

Assist with event preparation and represent Neches FCU at local businesses and community events

Schedule, track and maintain exposure

If Neches vehicles are unavailable, mileage is paid for using personal vehicle

Other duties assigned as needed

Hours:

Scheduled for 40 hours per week between the hours of Monday – Friday 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM with weekends, early morning and evenings as needed.
