This position is located within the Sales Department of 365 Retail Markets and reports to the Supervisor, Account Services. The Account Ambassador will provide and promote excellent customer service to our top customers. This person will act as a liaison between the customer and all departments within 365 by helping to identify customer issues and ensuring resolutions are provided. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with several customers working closely with Account Manager(s) to provide world-class client service
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI goals
Meet or exceed diversification goals (products, customers)
Act as an internal advocate for the customer
Secure and place orders, taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolutions
Delegate customer inquiries and issues to specific departments
Monitor cases and follow up on outstanding tickets
Log all calls and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
Use data to improve customer experience
Manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time
Requirements
Strong communication skills
High personal interest in providing Customer Satisfaction
Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
Must be able to prioritize tasks
Strong Analytical and Problem‑Solving skills
Strong sense of personal accountability and motivation for results
Technical aptitude
Interest in learning new technologies and solutions
Strong organizational skills
Ability to adhere to hybrid scheduling out of our Troy, MI office
