Overview
Commercial Sales Associate is the main contact for sales and service in a thriving Commercial Tire Dealership. The role is responsible for sales for area fleets as well as promoting new tires, retreads and tire services. Daily solicitation of existing store accounts, as well as contacting prospective new accounts, is essential to building a profitable book of business. Company Description

Since 2012, the company has 25 locations across the United States and is expanding its footprint. Responsibilities
Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas. Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and related services. Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up. Learn and operate the existing business system for billing of sales channels. Maintain an acceptable profit margin. Actively seek new accounts and represent the company to potential customers. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Meet established sales and gross profit goals. Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations. Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports following company procedures. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's license in good standing Ability to obtain a DOT medical card Previous sales experience Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team Good oral and written communication ability Must pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, criminal history, etc. Must pass a physical exam and drug test Legal & Work Authorization

Work hours are generally 7-5 Monday – Friday. Some Saturdays and evenings may be required. Work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to heat and cold. Physical requirements: stand, bend, climb, lift and walk; may handle hazardous materials with required safety PPE. Required to lift 50-75 lbs routinely; may lift up to 100 lbs occasionally. Travel: up to 75% within regional area; minimal overnight travel. Perks
