Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales) - Orlando, FL at Nourish. This role is provider-facing and focused on growing patient referrals by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and their teams. Location: Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time role. Key Responsibilities

Field Engagement: Spend about 4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius of your territory. Spotting Opportunities: Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners. Connecting & Converting: Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners who rely on Nourish for their patients’ nutrition care. Fostering Relationships: Develop authentic, long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — to engage the entire office in supporting patient referrals. Contributing to Growth: Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices to strengthen the team. You’ll Love This Role If

You have proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry preferred). You can independently build and grow a territory with strategic ownership. You can influence and connect across an office, from physicians to staff. You are proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick to learn new systems. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, plus strong time management and organizational abilities. Compensation & Benefits
