Pay & Benefits
4–6 weeks of paid on‑the‑road training with a certified mentor
$300 orientation pay added to your first solo check
$0.56 CPM on all miles once training is complete
Average solo pay around $1,300-$1,400 per week
1,600–2,200 miles per week
100% no‑touch freight with roughly 50% drop and hook
Full benefits after 30 days including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
Rider and pet policy available after upgrading to solo
Schedule & Home Time

Home every 14 days for two full days off once solo
Requirements
CDL‑A from an accredited school with at least 120 hours
Minimum age 21
No DUIs within the past 5 years
Clean MVR with no major violations in the last 3 years
Must pass both hair and urine drug screens
Steady employment history with limited gaps
