We continue to be a market leader in New Ford Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Online Reputation among other things. We are a pillar of the Collinsville community and our organization and team support countless local charities and organizations. We have recently reopened and re-established our pre-owned center adjacent to the new Ford showroom. Our inventory and sales volume are growing quickly and we need help! We offer a huge inventory, all of the best tools and support to market yourself and work with clients, and an outstanding team of managers, finance and support people to make sure we take great care of every customer. Responsibilities
Assist clients with new or used vehicles on the floor, and be part of the Internet Sales Team. Engage with customers via phone and internet; communicate openly and transparently without hidden fees or surprises. Support a high level of customer service and contribute to a positive, team-oriented sales environment. Work within a schedule that includes a 4.5 day work week and a Saturday off each month. Help build showroom, phone and internet traffic through effective sales practices. Opening is immediate and qualified candidates will be contacted. Position is full time with a competitive pay plan and full benefits. Qualifications
Must have 1 year or more of prior and recent dealership sales or related experience. Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Demonstrated superior customer service skills. Must be able to stand, sit, or kneel for several hours a day. Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once. Dealership and/or recent customer service retail experience is a plus. Benefits

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Salary and Commissions on our staff range from: $55,000.00 /year to $165,000 per year. Work Location
