Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events from inception to completion. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. Select and negotiate with vendors, venues, and other service providers to ensure the highest quality services. Create and distribute event promotional materials, both digitally and physically, to drive attendance and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events through various channels. Oversee event logistics, including catering, audio-visual needs, transportation, and accommodations for attendees. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
