Overview
DAS Services is seeking an experienced Property Specialist to support a government customer at Picatinny Arsenal NJ. Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of responsibilities in support of Program Office property management. Maintain positive and constructive relations with associated parties. Maintain records and issue required reports concerning government and customer-owned property from receipt at the company to final disposition after contract completion or termination. Maintain auditable records of government-owned property at the facility and at vendor/subcontractor facilities, including authority for the property and an audit trail of receipt, inspection, cost, classification, periodic inventory, maintenance, and final disposition. Review vendor/subcontractor control of government property in coordination with the Purchasing and Subcontracts Departments. Administer property control program activities to ensure accountability of property. Prepare and maintain property accountability records. Conduct property inventories. Provide guidance on policy and regulations pertaining to property accountability. Required Qualifications & Experience
Active Secret Clearance Bachelor’s degree PIEE experience is a must have 3+ years’ experience or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of degree Experience with contract personnel property management Analytical and computer skills Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communications A combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position About DAS
