Your mission
We are a leading provider of public bike sharing systems, operating thousands of bicycles and expanding into new cities every year to build cleaner, more connected communities through sustainable urban mobility. A significant part of our growth comes from
public tenders
— and in this role, you will be at the heart of that process. You’ll manage and coordinate the preparation of compelling, high-quality proposals for public tenders and procurement opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each bid showcases our strengths, strategic vision, and full regulatory compliance.
You'll lead
and
manage
the full tender lifecycle
across multiple markets (especially the Polish market)
Review
and
analyze tender documents
to define requirements and collect/coordinate input from internal teams
You'll
develop clear, persuasive, and compliant
proposal content
aligned with company objectives
Help us ensure
timely, high-quality submissions that meet
all formal criteria
Maintain and continuously improve a
structured library
of references, templates, and proposal materials
Leverage AI tools
to enhance content creation, formatting, compliance, and overall efficiency
Support post-tender phases, including clarifications, presentations, and contract negotiations
Track upcoming tenders
and
market trends
in micromobility and sustainable urban transport
Your profile
You hold a
Bachelor’s or Master’s
degree in
Business ,
Public Administration ,
Communications , or a
related field
2–4 years of experience
in public procurement, proposal management, or tender writing
Very good Polish and English skills
(minimum C1 level) - German or other European languages are a plus
You have strong writing, organizational, and
project management skills
Experience in
micromobility, shared mobility, or smart city projects
is a strong advantage
You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
You are team-oriented , proactive, and solution-driven
in your approach
