Overview
Charlotte Tilbury is recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team as Freelance Brand Experts. This role supports the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team by delivering high-quality artistry, sales and customer service, and by teaching customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years in top fashion and celebrity beauty. The position emphasizes sales-driven performance, brand representation, and contributing to a growing beauty business.

Responsibilities
Promote and create makeup artistry in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury.
Drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service; achieve sales targets by creating an outstanding experience.
Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and deliver exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the team to maintain an open and positive atmosphere, including effective communication and professionalism.
Maintain counter/gondola readiness from open to close; ensure hygiene and presentation standards; assist with inventory, stock counts, rotation, and replenishment.
Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through coordination with Sales and Artistry teams.
Support events and maintain ongoing communication with Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting time sheets on payroll app.
Qualifications
Strong artistry, sales, and customer service skills; experience in beauty and retail preferred.
Passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury’s philosophy of artistry made easy; ability to deliver a personalized shopping experience.
