Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they are looking for with a friendly, customer-first approach. Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with team members to get the job done. Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity. Qualifications
Love interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Energy to handle multiple tasks and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred; practical knowledge is welcome. Minimum age 18. Pay & Benefits
Starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, location, classification, and years of service. Benefits details available at the store level. About Us
