You will start as a financial professional who works hand-in-hand with clients to build your experience as you move through the program’s requirements. Responsibilities: Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds, when presenting clients with solutions Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager Qualifications: Excellent communication skills are crucial for effectively communicating complex financial concepts to clients Building relationships and networking are essential skills required for success in this position Possessing or being able to obtain a life and health insurance license is a mandatory requirement Collaboration and a competitive spirit are highly valued attributes within the team environment Understanding and addressing clients\' financial needs and goals is fundamental for excelling in this role Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
