Community Associate 300 International Drive Suite 100 Williamsville 14221 Buffalo, New York

The world of work is changing...short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work! At IWG, we are leading the way. We've built the world's largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever, and however, they want—over 120 countries across the globe!

Join us and help bring more freedom to people and businesses, while expanding our network. You'll enjoy a great work‑life balance, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities along the way.

The opportunity As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business.

A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and check that nothing the cleaners have missed.

Customers arrive throughout the morning—some ask you for a changed Wi‑Fi code, others want to know if their package has arrived, or need directions to a meeting room. You help set up projectors, confirm services are properly charged, and keep invoices accurate.

It’s time for a quick coffee break. You relax and enjoy a few minutes for yourself.

You sort the mail that arrives, email customers about their waiting packages, and manage other requests, while remembering to follow up with earlier contacts.

Throughout the afternoon, you assist customers with printing, invoicing, and open service tickets for facility issues. You handle a team room that’s too hot by opening a ticket in our service portal.

After another coffee break, you sit with the Community Manager to discuss next week’s networking event, write e‑invites, create, print, and put up posters around the center. When a prospect visits, you share details about the space and encourage them to join the network for upcoming events.

As the day ends, you ask the large group in meeting room 3 to wrap up, direct them to a nearby restaurant for a bite, and ensure everything is tidy before heading home.
