Automotive Sales Professional
should be knowledgeable about our vehicles, services, industry, and market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, safety features, and financing options for both new and used vehicles. They present vehicles attractively and informatively to promote sales and maintain ongoing customer relationships for repeat business.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, previous sales experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, professional appearance, and strong communication skills. They must be self-motivated, willing to prospect continuously, and able to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities include:
Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure compliance with traffic laws.
Learn about product updates, features, accessories, and inventory benefits.
Demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and compare models.
Assist customers with vehicle selection, promote options, and explain financing and warranties.
Facilitate vehicle delivery, explaining features and servicing requirements.
Overcome objections, negotiate prices, and close sales ethically.
Maintain accurate sales documentation.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Follow up with owners to encourage repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on vehicles, accessories, financing, and promotions.
Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous clients.
Complete required sales reports.
Uphold the company's values in all interactions.
Attend training and sales meetings.
Set personal goals aligned with dealership standards.
No prior car sales experience required; previous sales experience in any industry is a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Self-motivated and confident.
Bilingual skills and Lexus experience are a plus.
