Join #TeamAcenda and make a lasting impact.**Job Overview**As a Housing Resource Specialist, I serve as the primary contact, advocate, and liaison for clients, families, landlords, and community partners to support housing stability and service plan goals. I assist clients with housing searches, Section 8 applications and recertifications, and work to maintain positive landlord relationships while ensuring compliance with program requirements. Additionally, I facilitate referrals, monitor client progress, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with community providers to promote long-term housing success and quality service delivery.**Program Info**Keeping Families Together provides both short and long-term supportive housing for high risk families who have a current or ongoing history of homelessness, with children at risk of removal or soon to be reunified.
