We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Public Area Attendant. The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within the hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable environment throughout their stay. Responsibilities: Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other communal spaces, according to established standards and procedures. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust public areas regularly to remove debris and maintain cleanliness. Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, and decorative items in public areas to ensure a well-maintained and attractive appearance. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas. Monitor and replenish supplies, such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials, in public restrooms and other areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for resolution. Assist guests with inquiries and requests courteously and professionally.
