POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Liaison plays a key role in building relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, patients, and families to ensure awareness and access to our hospice services. This position is responsible for promoting both residential and outpatient hospice programs through outreach, education, and community engagement, while ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the mission, values, and regulatory standards of hospice care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or related field, preferred.

Required length of experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or liaison role, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or senior care.

Strong knowledge of hospice philosophy, Medicare/Medicaid, and healthcare regulations (preferred but not required; training available).

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the service area.

Compassionate, empathetic approach aligned with the values of hospice care.
