ASNT Level III NDE - (Radiography)
Job Description As a Sr Quality Control Analyst at Honeywell, you will help shape and maintain our commitment to exceptional quality standards. Your responsibilities will involve guiding and mentoring a dedicated quality control team and spearheading the development and implementation of cutting‑edge quality control procedures. You will conduct in-depth inspections and tests across various stages of production, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous enhancement. In this role you will develop and implement robust procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Represent Port Manatee manufacturing as a Level III NDE Inspection Technician.
Responsible for technical and administrative control of NDE.
Develop operational and safety procedures and techniques for NDE.
Provide hands‑on training activities for NDE technicians.
Review all NDE requirements with Quality Planners and NDE technicians to meet customer and code requirements.
Audit the performance of NDE activities.
Monitor the qualifications and processes of production personnel to assure that they meet the requirements of applicable codes.
Monitor non‑destructive examinations.
Maintain records of current qualifications of personnel (NDE Certifications) in accordance with SNT-TC-1A.
Collaborate with Quality Control Supervisor in all training activities for Nondestructive Inspection Technicians.
Qualifications
ASNT Level III (or equivalent) qualification in RT; additional NDE processes are a bonus.
At least ten (10) years of manufacturing / inspection experience with broad knowledge of pressure vessels, welding, fitting, design, testing, inspection procedures, non‑destructive testing, etc.
Prior supervisory / leadership experience.
Experience with ASME Section VIII Div 1 and B31.3 Piping.

Pressure vessel fabrication experience preferred.
